Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition 1911 Government Black Cherry .45 ACP 5 Barrel 8-Rounds OR

Great Lakes Firearms and Ammunition 1911 Government Features The Great Lakes Firearms 1911 Government pairs a stainless steel 416 slide finished in black Cerakote with a stainless steel frame finished in black cherry Cerakote giving the pistol a distinctive two-tone appearance that stands out at the range. An RMSc optics cut machined into the slide allows the shooter to mount a compact red dot sight directly to the pistol adding speed and precision to target acquisition. Fiber optic sights provide a bright fast-acquiring sight picture for shooters who prefer traditional iron sights or want a backup when the optic battery runs low. The ambidextrous safety accommodates both left and right-handed shooters without compromising ergonomics. An adjustable trigger lets the shooter fine-tune pull characteristics to their preference while a skeletonized hammer reduces reciprocating mass for faster lock time. A beavertail grip safety improves comfort and control during recoil directing felt recoil into the web of the hand rather than the frame s tang. A Picatinny frame rail ahead of the trigger guard allows the addition of a weapon light or laser for low-light scenarios. Shipping with 2 magazines and an 8 round capacity through a 5 inch barrel the Great Lakes Firearms 1911 Government is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for 1911 enthusiasts who want a modern optics-ready take on the classic platform.
