MDT AICS Short Action Magazine 308 Winchester 6.5 Creedmoor 5-Round Steel Nitride

This MDT AICS short action magazine is a 5-round steel rifle magazine for use in Accuracy International AICS pattern short action rifles chambered in 308 Winchester and 6.5 Creedmoor. It is built from high strength steel with a nitride finish for durability and feeds from a black body.

The magazine has two internal ribs that reduce friction between the cartridge and the magazine body and give a smooth transition from double stack to single feed at the top of the magazine. It is offered in the standard AICS short action pattern at a nominal length of 3.050 inches, with an internal length of 2.890 inches.

Binder plates are included with these magazines. Magazines with front binder plates are compatible with rifles equipped with AICS-pattern bottom metal or chassis systems, and the plate holds cartridges back from the front of the magazine and guides them past the bottom of the feed ramp.
