Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian 6.5 PRC 20" Threaded Bolt Action Rifle

Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian Features The Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian centers on a 20 cold hammer forged barrel chambered in 6.5 PRC threaded 1/2x28 for a suppressor or muzzle device and finished in a durable blued coating. Cold hammer forging leaves the barrel with tight consistent rifling and a 1:8 twist rate that stabilizes the heavier bullets 6.5 PRC shooters favor for long-range work. A stainless steel receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases giving shooters a straightforward path to mounting glass without aftermarket gunsmithing. The two-stage match grade trigger breaks with a clean predictable pull that helps shooters place shots precisely at extended distances and the 3-position safety and M16 style extractor add dependable field-proven control over the action. The Black Monte Carlo synthetic stock is built to shrug off rain mud and temperature swings that would swell or warp a wood stock and its raised comb lines the shooter s eye up naturally behind a scope. At 7.5 lbs and a 40 overall length the rifle stays maneuverable for still hunting and long carries without sacrificing the stability needed for precision shooting. A 13.5 length of pull and Monte Carlo comb geometry give the stock a consistent repeatable cheek weld shot after shot. The Weatherby Vanguard Obsidian in 6.5 PRC is available for sale at ARMSAGORA for hunters and long-range shooters who want SUB-MOA performance in a weather ready hard-working rifle.
