Description
The Safariland 578 GLS Pro-Fit is a right-hand, outside-the-waistband holster in black that attaches with a paddle. It is built for the Springfield XD 4", XD-M 3.8", Sig Sauer P229, P320, and Beretta APX (Standard/Wide), and the Pro-Fit adjustment is intended to accommodate over 60 firearms.
The holster body is made of SafariSeven, a polymer nylon blend described as non-abrasive to a gun's finish and tolerant of extreme temperatures. It uses the GLS (Grip Lock System), which automatically secures the firearm when holstered and releases it when the middle finger is applied with a standard shooting grip. The injection-molded paddle can be used with or without a belt, and the adjustable belt loop allows cross-draw carry.
